Check in is from 2pm to 8pm.  If you will be arriving later than 8pm, please call or email to make late check in arrangements.  If you arrive earlier than 2pm, please feel free to stop by the lodge to see if your room or cabin is ready early, however your room/cabin is not guaranteed ready until 2pm.
We greatly appreciate it if you are able to advise us of your approximate arrival time.

Check out is at 10am. 
Late departures will incur a charge of the daily rate.
Between 10pm and 9am is our QUIET time. Please be respectful of our other guests and neighbors. 

Minimum stay requirement is two nights for most weekends.  Minimum stay for special events and holiday weekends is three nights.  We open the rooms for single night stays during these special times a week prior.

Access to the property and its amenities is restricted to registered guests only.
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded to meet state fire codes. Violating occupancy rates will result in eviction

Additional persons in room - $25/night
Rooms/Cabins must be returned in the condition it was found.
Charges apply for excessive housekeeping.
Dishes are guests responsibility ​for those with kitchens.
A fee will be charged if there is any broken/damaged property. (fee determined based on amount of damage)
Any lost revenue for time to repair will also be applied.

$25 fee if room key is lost or not returned.

 ​​We understand that people have friends and family in the area, but only paid guests are allowed on the premises.
No swimming, boating, paddle boarding, or use of any floats in the Lake if there is thunder, lightning or if it’s raining.

NO SWIMMING AFTER DUSK

Make sure you are completely dry before entering the lodge PLEASE!!! Rugs carry moisture and after time can create an odor. We do want the lodge to have an odor that turns off our guests. We take pride in our cleanliness and hope to maintain a clean, non musty environment for our guests.


We do NOT allow pets at the lodge, but there are local pet hotels and kennels close by.
We will however make an exception for well trained dogs under 15lbs. in the cabins. Please call us for details

No children under the age of 18 can be left alone without an adult on the property at any time. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We appreciate your business and want you all to have a great time while you stay with us. We are not a large chain hotel and want to offer all our guests an intimate, fun filled stay while on vacation. Please respect our policies and if there any questions, please don’t hesitate to come by the office and talk to us.

Deposit, Payment, and Refund Policies:

A deposit equal to 50% of the total charge is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits are due within 5 days of telephone reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. Cash, check, traveler's checks and money orders are preferred as payment.

A deposit is a two-way transaction. It guarantees the guest that the accommodation will be held for your stay as reserved,
and it guarantees the property owners that the accommodation will be paid for as reserved. Arriving late, or departing early does not change the terms of the original reservation and payment in full is expected and required.

Deposits will be refunded only as follows: 

Holiday Weekends, Special Events, and Summer Weekly Cottage Rentals - 
Cancellation must be received prior to 30 days of reserved arrival date. 
A $100 per cottage service fee will be assessed on all cottage cancellations.
If we are able to re-book the cottage, you will receive a refund minus the $100 fee.

All lodge rooms and cottage rentals for less than a week -
Cancellation must be received prior to 10 days of reserved arrival date.
A $25 per accommodation service fee will be assessed on all lodge room cancellations.
If we are able to re-book the lodge room, you will receive a refund minus the $25 fee.
A fee will be charged if there is any broken/damaged property. (fee determined based on amount of damage)
$25 fee if room key is lost or not returned.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, we understand and sympathize with the reason, however, we must 
maintain a business policy and your deposit will be refunded only if the above listed conditions are met.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE GUEST ROOMS, LODGE, OR COTTAGES.
Smoking is permitted on decks, patios, cottage porches, and outside the buildings. Evidence of smoking inside 
will result in a cleaning fee of $250. Please do not smoke inside of our buildings. 
It is the guests responsibility to educate themselves of our policies. We reserve the right to modify policies without prior notification.
